Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, with the exception of Aetna Student Health for students at Columbia University. Being an out-of-network provider means that you pay me directly, and I provide a superbill which contains all the information you need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I can give you information to find out what your out-of-network benefits are.

How do I set up an appointment?

You can reach out by filling out the contact page on this website. You can also call or text me at 212-245-5550 or email me at mlevin@margotlevin.com. We can schedule a time for a phone consultation. After we set up an initial therapy appointment, I will email you a link to my practice with information and forms to fill out and send back to me.

How do you handle payment?

I accept Zelle, Venmo, and credit card. I prefer payment after each session. I provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. For Aetna Student Health at Columbia, I submit to Aetna and the student pays me a co-payment.
