About Me

I am an experienced clinical psychologist and have been in practice for over 20 years.

I work with a diverse group of people who are college age and older, representing a wide range of ethnic backgrounds, religious affiliations and sexual orientations.

I work with people who have a variety of problems, including eating disorders and weight issues, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions.

In graduate school, I received training in cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders and, since then, have trained in other therapy approaches.

I have helped many clients develop new tools to cope with change, be more self-compassionate, manage guilt and build resilience. I also facilitate a group for caregivers of people with illness and dementia.

I am able to see patients both in-person and via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software.
